Axion Polymers sells award-winning, 100% post-consumer recycled polymer compounds and extruded polymer sheet under the brand names 'Axpoly®' and 'Axfoil®'.

These very consistent, fully specified resin materials have successfully replaced virgin grades in many different applications as a result of their industry-leading quality performance at an attractive price.

There are multiple environmental benefits to be gained by using these polymers in manufactured goods, including a huge carbon reduction when replacing virgin plastic grades.

Our Axpoly® range of recycled polymers includes polystyrene, polypropylene and PC/ABS. Axfoil® sheet is currently available in polystyrene.

We also have a number of clean, granulated chip plastics sold under our 'Axplas®' trademark which can offer consistent, low-cost alternatives to fully compounded resins.

Our Axpoly resin compound standard grades are packaged in 1 tonne big-bags, 25 kilo valve sacks or Octabins are available on request.

Examples of variations to Axpoly standard grade Polystyrene resin compounds, made to order:

Axfoil is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.5 - 1 mm, in widths ranging up to 900 mm, on reels weighing 200 - 800 kilos. We can supply Axfoil with an anti-static coating or a silicone coating on request.
